Sir Stanley Matthews, - not only one of the greatest footballers of his generation but probably the most modest man I have come across professionally.

Steve Davis, - another sportsman from the top of his profession. His reputation for having a charisma bypass is clearly misplaced.

Sir Geoff Hurst, - as the only man to have ever scored a hat-trick in a World Cup final, it was a real thrill for me to get the chance to interview an England legend.
